Invitations & Guests
Send invitations to guests
Include venue address, arrival time, and what to wear (comfortable, active clothing)
Collect RSVPs and confirm headcount
Know your final number at least 1 week before — important for capacity and game teams
Update Foam Fighters with final guest count
Call or email us at least 5 days before so we can prepare properly
Remind guests about waiver forms
All participants (and parents of minors) must sign a waiver on arrival
Party Supplies
Order or bring your own food to feed your guests
Pizza, sandwiches, or any catered food are welcome — we have tables in the party room
Order or bake the birthday cake
We have a party room with tables — bring candles and a lighter too!
Pack extra snacks, juice boxes, or drinks
Kids burn a lot of energy — have snacks ready for after the battle!
Prepare loot bags / party favors
One per guest — stickers, small toys, or treats always go over well
Pack plates, napkins & cutlery (if needed)
Themed party gear adds a great personal touch
Bring any personal decorations
Banners, balloons, and themed décor are welcome in the party room
Day of the Party
Arrive 15 minutes early
Early arrival lets you set up the party room and get the birthday kid excited!
All guests have signed waivers
Parents/guardians must sign for all children under 18
Kids dressed for action
Comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, hair tied back for NERF battles
Complete final payment (if not paid)
We accept credit/debit — confirm payment method if unsure
Bring your camera / phone for photos
